1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Industrial Labels & Nameplates website. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. Industrial Labels & Nameplates is a trading name of The Label Centre Limited.
2. Quotes and orders
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Orders are confirmed only when we issue an order confirmation or invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
3. Artwork and proofing
Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork and order details are accurate. We provide a proof for approval before production. Once approved, we cannot accept liability for errors that were present in the approved proof.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of artwork approval. We offer free nationwide delivery on standard orders. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Returns and liability
Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly manufactured. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Please report any defects within 7 days of delivery.
