How we deliver

Three steps from order to doorstep

Every job follows the same route, whether it's ten replacement plates or fifty thousand serialised asset labels. You always know what's happening and when.

  1. 01

    Order confirmation

As soon as your order or quote is accepted we confirm quantities, material spec and finished size in writing. Anything unclear gets picked up here rather than after printing.

  2. 02

    Artwork approval

Our studio prepares a digital proof showing exact layout, colours and any variable data ranges. Nothing goes to press until you approve it in writing — and amendments at this stage are free.

  3. 03

    Production & delivery

Once approved, your job is scheduled, printed, finished and quality-checked in Dudley, then despatched on a tracked service with an email confirmation.

UK-wide coverage

We ship to mainland UK as standard, with Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and export shipments quoted on request.

Packaging

Labels arrive on rolls or sheets, interleaved and boxed flat. Metal plates are corner-protected and packed to prevent surface marking in transit.

Returns

Stock items can be returned unused within 30 days. Bespoke printed items are made to your approved artwork so can't be returned — but if anything is faulty or doesn't match the proof, we remake it free of charge.
