Preferred formats
Vector artwork - PDF, AI, EPS or SVG - reproduces sharply at any size and is always our first choice. Raster files are accepted but should be supplied at final size.
- Vector: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG with fonts converted to outlines
- Raster: PNG, TIFF or JPG at 300dpi minimum at final print size
- Data files for variable printing: CSV or XLSX with one row per label
Colour
Supply CMYK where possible and quote Pantone references for brand colours. We colour-match to Pantone on request; screen RGB values are a guide only.
Bleed and safe area
Add 3mm bleed on all sides and keep critical text at least 3mm inside the trim. On die-cut shapes, supply the die-line as a separate spot-colour layer.
